At Functional training facility RAW IRON we teach the CrossFit methodology: Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity levels that will transcend into your everyday activities regardless of your profession or your passions. CrossFit will improve your overall health and well-being. We push you mentally and physically to help you reach a fitness level beyond what you thought possible. Our timetable also includes: HIIT BURN (Conditioning) classes, Barbell classes and Open gym time.
