The other day we received some photos from RAW IRON member Sara, who up until this point had never played on monkey bars. In fact she didn't see them as something someone like her could use – that's was – until today. I was so proud to see this photo as it shows me just how far Sara has come in only a few months. Having the confidence to play around, just like we did when we were children is a big deal. How many adults have forgotten to play? What we do..what CrossFit does ..is re teach you something you were born to do. To have fun, to swing, play. It really is the simplest things in life that can give us the most joy. Put the FUN back into your Functional Fitness training – move and be human!
