Congratulations to all our athletes who competed in RAW Iron and CrossFit RI's first in house competition over the weekend – the event was a big success featuring mixed teams of 4 beginner and advanced. A big thank you to everyone who came and pushed themselves to the limits, also to Dux Photography for coming out and taking photos on the day. Looking forward to getting back into the gym to work hard today!
